The Timeframe In Which You Are Completely Detoxified is Called The Detoxify Zone.

This product detoxifies your body completely staring one hour after you consumption and your detoxification lasts until the 5th hour.  After the fifth hour recontamination takes place to a somewhat lesser level.

This means that this product must be consumed the same day as you start the detoxification process.  After consuming the liquid you must wait one hour before detoxification peaks and this peak last no longer than five hours after drinking the liquid.

XXtra Clean Directions for Detoxification:

1. Read completely the instructions on the package.

2. If you have purchased PreCleanse, take the (6) PreCleanse Tables each with a glass of water 24 hours BEFORE you drink the product. 

3. Consume up to 20 oz of fluids every two hours until taking the product and 16 oz of fluid every two hours thereafter.

4. Begin taking the product at least 60 minutes prior to your deadline.

5. Shake well and drink entire contents of bottle

6. Wait 15 Minutes.  Refill the bottle with water, shake and drink.

7. Repeat step 6 one more time.

8. Urinate as often as possible.  That is how the toxins are flushed from your body.

9. Eat light meals the day of your deadline.

IF TIME PERMITS:  For at least (2) days prior to the day of your deadline avoid toxins and consume a minimum of (6) 16 ounce glasses of water per day.

• Avoid Toxins and Toxic environments for at least 48 hours before your deadline. The longer the better.

• Incorporate a healthy diet the week prior to your personal deadline. High fat foods, greasy foods and junk foods have been shown to slow the detoxification process.

• Consume only light meals the day of your personal deadline.

• Avoid alcoholic beverages, over the counter drugs and unnecessary medications.

• Water is a catalyst to the body's natural detoxification process. Drink a recommended allowance of six 16 ounce glasses of water per day for the 48 hours prior to your deadline.

• Exercise the week leading up to your deadline. Aerobic exercise raises your metabolism which assists the detoxification process.
